Established on December 13, 2006, PROSYNC has the following as its primary purpose:
“To engage in, conduct, and carry on the business of Business Process Outsourcing and providing information technology, support services and business solutions to satisfy the needs of customers in both domestic and foreign markets; and to sell, distribute and deliver technology products, related support services and consultancy services to such customers."
It started out as an Inbound Customer Care for food and beverage products with less than 30 employees based in Ortigas office. Outbound Services were then offered to the increasing number of clients together with Inbound Order Taking and back office services like Finance and Accounting, HR/Payroll Services, and Procurement and Logistic Services. Now with 3 facilities (Ortigas, Eastwood City, and Iloilo City) and more than 700 employees, PROSYNC also offers Security Monitoring, Front line Customer Service, and External Services like Training and Customer Satisfaction to clients from different industries.
The roster of clients has been increasing and the challenge is up to accepting more.
